Mountain and clouds reflect on the waters of McDonald Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana. Along the Going to the Sun Road, it is considered one the most scenic roads in the United States.

Michael has had a fascination with photography since childhood, however, later in life it has become a more important aspect of his life. He sees photography as a means to bring the beauty of creation to other people. Life is too valuable and precious to him to just let it pass by. Michael and his wife, Suzanne live in Northern Michigan in a log home on their flower and berry farm. Much of his wildlife photography comes off the farm or location close by it.
